Wine Bar & Retail Supervisor

As a Wine Bar & Retail Associate, you’ll be on the front line of our in-store and bar experience — welcoming guests, guiding them through our wines, serving with warmth, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll help customers find wines they’ll love, support tastings and events, and bring our “expert yet approachable” brand to life.

It’s the perfect role for someone with solid wine knowledge (WSET Level 2 preferred), strong customer service skills, and a desire to keep learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Wine & Customer Experience - Provide exceptional wine recommendations and guide customers through tastings, pairings, and wine education.
• Retail & Bar Service - Assist customers with wine selections, oversee daily bar operations, and deliver a seamless hospitality experience.
• Wine expertise - Stay up-to-date on our wine range, producers, seasonal highlights, and perfect pairings for our menu.
• Sales & Merchandising - Assist with in-store displays, inventory management, and upselling to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
• Membership knowledge - Process sales, subscriptions, and online order pickups through our POS system.
• Store & Bar Operations - Help manage daily operations, including sales, inventory, merchandising, opening, closing and logistics.

Who You Are

• Passionate about wine and eager to share that enthusiasm with others.
• WSET Level 2 (or equivalent) preferred, but strong practical wine knowledge also valued.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Warm, friendly, and confident in starting conversations.
• Comfortable using tech and POS systems.
• A team player who’s happy to jump in wherever needed.

💼 Employment Type: Full-time, permanent. (casual opportunities available)

🏁 Salary: $65-85k depending on experience.
